Our new school garden offers a calm space for children to connect with nature and learn about healthy living.

We were delighted to officially open our brand-new school garden the week before last — a wonderful addition that is already making a positive difference to our children’s wellbeing and learning. The garden provides a peaceful, nurturing space where pupils can spend time outdoors, connect with nature, and pause to reflect and recharge.
As part of our wider focus on wellbeing and healthy living, the garden is giving children the chance to grow their own herbs and vegetables — from tiny seedlings to thriving plants. Over time, they’ll be able to harvest and cook with what they grow, learning about sustainability, nutrition, and the satisfaction of producing their own food.
It’s been fantastic to see the excitement and pride on the children’s faces as they explore the garden and help keep the plants watered in the warm weather. We can’t wait to watch this space flourish and evolve throughout the year.
