Our Year 5 team came second in the local Spelling Bee, showing brilliant focus and quick thinking.

On Thursday 19th June, six Year 5 students represented our school in the local Spelling Bee competition at Saint Gabriel’s College.
Each participant chose their own level of difficulty — easy, medium, or hard — and had just 30 seconds to correctly spell as many words as possible.
Our pupils showed fantastic focus, confidence, and quick thinking, earning an impressive second place overall. We are incredibly proud of their achievement and can’t wait to see them compete again next year!
