Year 4 enjoy a fun-filled day at Vauxhall City Farm
Year 4 had a wonderful trip to Vauxhall City Farm this week. The children met a range of animals and enjoyed several hands-on experiences.
They were able to stroke guinea pigs, chickens and rabbits, and they also fed the alpacas and sheep, which was a real highlight of the visit. The children were calm, gentle and very sensible around the animals.
The trip linked closely with our Science learning about animals, including classifying different animals and observing their features.
